Did you purchase your printer through Evolisprinter.com? Excellent choice! Evolis has an amazing track record of creating sound, reliable printers but if anything were to happen that required your printer to need repair, we handle it all in-house. No swimming through red tape trying to get someone on the phone and long repair turnaround times. We stock all of the Evolis spare parts and most fixes can be done same day. If it's under warranty, it won't cost you anything except shipping.
Non-Warranty Repairs
If you're printer is no longer under warranty and in need of repair, we offer competitive rates on non-warranty work and most of the time we can diagnose the issue over the phone and give you a pretty good idea of the problem and what it is going to cost to fix it.
